Angels are watching

Let me just tell you that this is a true story and the author changed the names to protect people's identities, but I personally know one of the characters in the book, that person told me about the book so I bought it. I have to divulge that because I usually don't buy books in this genre so I might not be the best person to give a review as opposed to say, a fan of the genre. I decided to write a review for this book because I noticed no one else had and I know how important reviews are to the success of a book.
This book is about a woman who loses her adult daughter, the grief she experienced, and how she got through the pain through the help of her guardian angels. The author's intention is to help others going through similar losses.
Well what can I say? The book is very sad! But the author finds hope and meaning in the tragedy through her interactions with unseen but very real and loving angels. The author comes to know her daughter is in a better place now. This book will give reassurances to those who have also lost a loved one, and reading about someone else's struggle with grief can remind the reader they're not alone. Also this book is very easy to read.

Looking for angels

Pat Morgan, the author of this book, was jumping through hoops to care for her only daughter, who had contracted the dreaded Super Bug and had no other family close by. Pat also had to stay strong and clearheaded to care for her nonagenarian mother, who lived with her and had Alzheimer's. This book, which in part reads like a journal, among other things highlights the predicament of the Sandwich generation.
When her daughter suddenly died, Pat might have given in to paralyzing grief, but instead she tried every option she could think of to overcome it. She eventually found a holistic path that brought her peace. Readable, informative, and inspiring.

Angels

After hearing Pat Morgan give an emotional presentation about her book, Angel Tracks, I purchased it. I found the book sad, touching and even funny. She has a unique way of telling her story. Her experiences with the loss of her daughter and mother would resonate with many of us. She found solace by tapping into her inner strength aided by her angels---she names them all. I found it to be a story about faith and learning that we can move on after these losses. I wish Pat much success on her new life path.
