Thank you so much for allowing me to share my stories of passion with you. It's been an exciting year at Tears of Crimson and I hope you've been keeping up with everything going on via the blog. Whore was just released as the last book of 2013. Two great stories are already in the work for early 2014.
I enjoy taking the darker sides of passion and bringing them forth with characters who are just discovering passion. Stong men have always been my craving for a romance hero and if that's what you like, then I look forward to entertaining you!

good set of 5 books

Book 1 - Anya and Sins story is well wrote, sexy, steamy, a bit teary eyed at times, and just plain old great! I was expecting this to be a shorter story like most steamy books are or part of a multi book series but i was wrong and this book alone was worth the price for the whole bundle.
Book 2 - Jessie and Chase's story is different from the first book. It showed a different side of the BDSM lifestyle. Still as steamy but showed a female with emotions side of things as well. Great story. And there is an epilogue for this book which always makes me happy.
Book 3 - Scarlet and Rhett's story seems to be more of the norm that you read about the lifestyle, with the sub and dom rolls. Some of the scenes are very intense.
Book 4 - Angela and Nolan's story is much more developed then the first three books. The book has some steamy and sexy parts in it but it is not the main focus. It shows how two people who had horrible and unthinkable things happen to them can help each and have a happy life.
****this book does contain a story about rape**** I know some people criticize writer for writing about this but was not distasteful (if there is even a way to no be distasteful this is it). Just a fair warning to people who do not like to read books that involve rape.
Book 5 - Cayce and Dylan's story goes into different aspects of the lifestyle. It is a heart puller for the pain Cayce is in for her sister and nice to have Dylan playing a big part to help.
There are times when the author does not put the correct names into sentences which can throw you off and you have to re-read and make it correct to understand. The first four stories have a female virgin in them and all of them have steamy and sexy parts in them. 5 books for the price of one! Cant go wrong with this set.

Desperately Needs Proper Editing!

The stories in this book are decent, but the lack of proper grammar, punctuation, and word usage really ruins it for me. In one of the stories, it appears that the author decided to change the character's name from Leigh to Scarlett, but didn't replace all the occurrences of "Leigh" with "Scarlett." There are also several other occurrences in that story where she calls the main character by her friend's name, making some of the lines confusing. Luckily, that's the only one that has this problem. In all the stories she uses the possessive "submissive's" instead of the correct plural form "submissives." There are several occurrences of misplaced or incorrect punctuation, honestly more than I can count. There are also a few (very few, maybe two or three) instances where the author uses the incorrect word. The correct word is similar, but has a completely different meaning. If not for the complete lack of proper editing, I'd probably give it a 4-star review. I would venture to say that a good 80+% of the pages have some sort of error. I realize the book was extremely cheap and that's why I'm not contacting Amazon and demanding my money back. That isn't, however, an excuse for the author to give less than her best to her readers. I read the excerpt from her new book. It seems like it might be good, but I'm leery about purchasing it because of this book. Also, the book refers to the main male character as a succubus, however that is the name for a female demon/creature. A male is called an incubus. Just throwing that in there.

Misuse of words (like trying to use big words but the meanings weren't right) , misuse of homonyms, meaningless sentences (gibberish), repeat phrases (sometimes paragraphs) from book to book . . . shall I go on? Only gave it 2 stars because if you can get through the editing issues the stories are ok.
